After your administration registering, you have to :

1. Follow the processing of requested documents

Connect to the platform with you student number and your birth date

  • From your Digital Work Environment (ENT), in "Pièces justificatives" :

  • The administrative registration will be done after the payment and complete only after all requested documents are validated
  • One the adminstrative registration complete, you will have access to your attendance certificate on your Digital Work Environment (ENT) and you will be able to withdraw your student card

Requested documents list

---

For every new student :

  • Passport (except for student with the refugee status)

  • Birth certificate with certified translation if the document is not in French

  • Student Life and Campus Contribution certificate (Contribution Vie Étudiante et Campus)

  • Apply certificate from ParcourSup and/or MonMaster and/or eCandidat

  • Secondary school diploma allowing the student to register in a university in his country of origin (with certified translation if the document is not in French)

  • Depending on your situation :

    • In case of administrative register in Bachelor 2 : certificate with 60 ECTS or a equivalent degree

    • In case of administrative register in Bachelor 3 : certificate with 120 ECTS or a equivalent degree

    • In case of administrative register in Master 1 : certificate with 180 ECTS, Bachelor degree or a equivalent degree

    • In case of administrative register in Master 2 :  Master 1 or a equivalent degree

    • In case of administrative register in University Diploma (DU) or Prep : depend on the level, find out by contacting the diploma office

  • ID photo

  • If you have register in an another french university in the last ten years : complete the transfer form

  • If you are register in an another french establishment for the year : attendance certificate of the other establishement

For every student with a nationality outsite of European Union, Andorra, Swiss or Monaco

You have to give one of the requested document in the list bellow :

  • Resident permit (both side) if there is one of the follow-up mention :
    • Membre de la famille d’un citoyen.ne de l’UE/EEE/Suisse
    • Réfugié ou titulaire de la protection subsidiaire (child or parent. In that case give the birth certificate or family record book)
    • Résident de longue durée (child or parent. In that case give the birth certificate or family record book)
    • Apatride
  • Give all registration certificate in French Higher Education for the following years : 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022,  2022-2023 and 2023-2024
  • Bourse du Gouvernement Français (French government scholarship)
  • Embassy scholarship
  • French tax notice of 2024 and 2023 and 2022
  • Quebec social security certificate
