Mes travaux s’appuient sur l’usage expérimental du dessin chez l’enfant. Ils visent à mieux comprendre, au travers du dessin, comment les enfants conçoivent, expriment et régulent leurs émotions, tout en examinant les facteurs individuels, sociaux et éducatifs qui influencent cette activité. Plus précisément, je développe actuellement 4 lignes de recherche. 

Conceptions et représentations des émotions à travers le dessin : Examen de la manière dont les enfants conçoivent et représentent les émotions à travers le dessin, en tenant compte de différences individuelles telles que le genre, les compétences émotionnelles et graphiques ou d’autres caractéristiques personnelles

Dimension sociale et communicative du dessin : Étude de l’adaptation du contenu émotionnel du dessin aux caractéristiques de l’audience, en fonction du niveau de développement socio-cognitif de l’enfant (théorie de l’esprit, empathie)

Le dessin comme outil de régulation émotionnelle : Évaluation du dessin comme outil de régulation des émotions négatives, comparé à d’autres activités non graphiques, et identification des processus expressifs, attentionnels et symboliques impliqués

Soutien parental et environnement socio-éducatif : Étude du rôle des pratiques parentales et des environnements éducatifs dans l’acquisition et le développement du dessin chez l’enfant
