Dr. Darlene Occeña-Gutierrez est professeure de géographie à l'Université Diliman des Philipines. Elle a obtenu un doctorat en géographie environnementale à l'Université d'Etat du Texas en 2006. Ses champs de recherche comprennent les études climatiques, la perception des dangers liés au climat et l'adaptation au changement climatique.
